Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Smart Parlays Galaxy ("we", "us"). They cover our website, free cards, emails and paid memberships. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Who can use Smart Parlays Galaxy

  • You must be 21 or older. By signing up or joining, you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 21, we close it, refund the current period and delete the information we hold about them.
  • Use our research only where sports wagering is legal for you. Laws differ by state and country, and following the laws where you live is your responsibility.
  • We may refuse or end service anywhere offering it isn't allowed.

2. What we provide, and what we don't

Smart Parlays Galaxy publishes sports research: Galaxy Matchups cards, player rankings and the combinations we build. It is information for research and entertainment.

  • We are not a sportsbook. We don't take, place or settle bets, hold your money or set odds.
  • No guarantees. A combination pays only if every leg wins, and most long combinations lose. Past results don't predict future results. Nothing we publish is a promise of winnings, or financial, legal or other professional advice.
  • Information can be wrong or late. Lineups are projected until confirmed, and player status, prices and availability change. We work to be accurate, but we don't promise that anything we publish is complete, current or error-free.
  • Every decision to bet, and how much, is yours alone.

3. Sportsbooks and other sites

We may link to sportsbooks, bet-slip services and other sites we don't control. Their own terms and prices apply, and what they offer can differ from what we show. We're not responsible for them. We don't currently earn a commission from sportsbook links; if that changes, we will say so on the site.

4. Memberships and payments

  • Payments are processed by Whop. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's terms. We never see your full card number.
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Day passes and weeks give access for the period shown at checkout, and don't renew unless the checkout says they do.
  • Founding prices stay the same for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If it ends and you join again later, the price at that time applies.
  • Pre-sale: if you buy before the members' dashboard opens, the checkout page tells you when you'll be charged and when access starts.
  • Price changes for future periods are announced by email before they apply. Founding prices don't change while your membership stays active.
  • Refunds: a period that has already started isn't refunded, except where the law requires it. If a problem on our side keeps you from using what you paid for, email support@smartparlaysgalaxy.com and we'll make it right, including a refund where that's fair.

5. Your account and fair use

  • A membership is for one person. Don't share your sign-in.
  • Member content (cards, combinations, rankings, results and research, screenshots included) is for your personal use. Don't copy, resell, republish or redistribute it.
  • You may share our free card, as long as you don't change it and you link to us.
  • Don't scrape the site, collect content with bots, probe or break our security, or try to work out how our research is made.
  • Devices: you can stay signed in on up to four devices. When a fifth device signs in, the device you used least recently is signed out, and you can simply sign in again there.
  • Daily limit: we count how much member data each account loads per day, and we cap it. Normal use, even all-day use, stays far below the cap. Automated or bulk loading reaches it and is blocked until the next day.
  • Bet-slip links: you can create your own bet-slip links from the research pages and from any of our cards. Each account has a daily allowance of links, shown where you create them. The players and props you choose are sent to the bet-slip service to build the link; prices and availability come from the sportsbooks, and a game that has already started may be matched to the player's next game.
  • Marking: member content carries your account details, visibly (your email on the cards) and invisibly (a code in the data), so a copy shared outside the dashboard can be traced to the account it came from.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

6. Emails

If you sign up for emails, we'll send free cards, launch news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Members also get account and billing messages while their membership is active.

7. Our content and names

Smart Parlays Galaxy, Galaxy Matchups, our logo, cards, rankings and site design belong to us. Team, league and player names belong to their owners and are used only to identify games and players. Smart Parlays Galaxy is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NHL, NBA, MLB, or any team, player or sportsbook.

8. Disclaimer and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for any betting losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. If you break these terms

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the service or by your breaking these terms.

10. Changes

We may change the service or these terms. When we make an important change, we'll update the date at the top and email members before it applies. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
